Returns & Exchanges 

At Chakshu London we offer a 14-day return or exchange policy from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If you were eligible for free delivery, a £10 delivery fee will be deducted from your refund. 

Prescription lenses are non-refundable, you will only be refunded the frame price if you wish to return a prescription pair of glasses.

Delivery  

SHIPPING TO THE UK:

• FREE for orders over £30 
• £4.00 with orders under £30
• Delivery within 1-3 working days, with Royal Mail Tracked and Signed service or DHL.
• Free next day UK delivery available on certain products, if ordered before 1PM GMT Monday - Friday. 

SHIPPING TO THE REST OF THE WORLD:

• A £15.00 shipping charge is applied 
• Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed service used
• Delivery within 10-21 working days, depending on location. 

Prescription glasses orders will be dispatched within 3-5 working days, however more complicated prescription glasses orders can take up to 10 days to dispatch.
