On a tree-lined corner of Octavia Street in San Francisco, you’ll find what some refer to as “the most haunted corner” in the city. It’s a tale that weaves together a woman’s life as an activist and “Voodoo queen” (this story is worth Googling). Garrett Leight's version of Octavia is slightly less haunted but no less spirited – it captures the courage and tenacity demanded when going against the mainstream. Octavia is the frame we imagine worn by the most fearless of us all, or when you need to cosplay as one.

Returns & Exchanges 

At Chakshu London we offer a 14-day return or exchange policy from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If you were eligible for free delivery, a £10 delivery fee will be deducted from your refund. 

Prescription lenses are non-refundable, you will only be refunded the frame price if you wish to return a prescription pair of glasses.

SHIPPING TO THE UK:

  • FREE for orders over £30 
  • £4.00 with orders under £30
  • Delivery within 1-3 working days, with Royal Mail Tracked and Signed service or DHL.
  • Free next day UK delivery available on certain products, if ordered before 1PM GMT Monday - Friday. 

SHIPPING TO THE REST OF THE WORLD:

  • A £15.00 shipping charge is applied 
  • Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed service used
  • Delivery within 10-21 working days, depending on location. 

Prescription glasses orders will be dispatched within 3-5 working days, however more complicated prescription glasses orders can take up to 10 days to dispatch.
